Abstract
Esta apresentação do seminário Paixão crítica: 100 anos de Octavio Paz, realizado na PUC-Rio em setembro e outubro de 2014, sublinha a centralidade da noção de dialética da solidão na obra do poeta e pensador. Acompanha a sua elaboração e reelaboração, desde os anos 1940 até o período final, como em A busca do presente, de 1990.
